Amazon seller survey: Spam or filet?

Got this survey via e-mail today. It’s supposedly from “Amazon Services” but it seemed very spammy to me. For example, the first question asked for my Amazon seller e-mail address for “verification” purposes. Hey, if this is legit, shouldn’t you have my address already? Unlike some other Amazon surveys I’ve received, there was no promise of a $5 Amazon gift certificate.

At least it didn’t ask me for a password…

I’m curious if anyone else received this.

I don’t know what good would come of divulging this information to Amazon Services, but here are the questions:
